The Comfort Elite III
	The Comfort Elite III, one of our most popular models, features three fully contained restrooms outfitted much like your guests might find in their own home. Each station offers complete privacy with no stalls or side-by-side urinals. The Comfort Elite III is air conditioned or heated depending upon the season. The Comfort Elite III is ideal for small or large gatherings with its extra large 430 gallon holding tank ( 1300+ flushes). The majority of our customers request the addition of an instant hand sanitizer that kills 99.9% of all germs. This is our most economical solution to your restroom needs. 	This restroom meets all the specifications set out by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Safety bars, wider doorway, and a larger interior allow for wheel chair accessibility (360 degree rotation). Lifting Unit
	This is a standard unit equipped with a lifting system that can be raised to rooftops by cranes or those hard to reach areas on those complicated construction sites. This option saves time and money by bringing the restroom to the worker.

Poly Lift
	This unit is designed for use on various levels of buildings under construction. 	This unit is a 250 gallon portable holding tank. These tanks can be installed on any portable office trailer.

Instant Hand Sanitizers
	These temporary stations are excellent solutions where running water is not available. Our standard two-basin sink comes with a soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, and sixty (60) gallons of non-potable water that is dispensed via a foot pump mechanism. The system has two separate compartments for the gray water and fresh water.
	Instant hand sanitizer stations dispense a bead of gel like substance that evaporates as you rub your hands together. No need for water or paper towels. It meets OSHA’s blood borne pathogens standard. It kills 99.9% of most disease causing organisms.
